From J+G – Lou completed wonderful life story work with my daughter J. The final book is a beautiful piece of such memorable work that J and Lou have achieved together. J is not always easy to deal with and at first I am sure Lou found her challenging but we kept attending sessions and in the early days she was not engaging well. Lou installed in J faith, trust and a belief in herself which no one had done until the Life Story work. This supported additional therapy which J was happy to undertake. The last few sessions Lou and her other therapist worked tirelessly and brilliantly making J feel wanted and believed in. Lou truly deserves recognition and is a credit to your team. We will both miss our sessions and spending time with her. We had become very fond of her. She really is a very kind, caring, thoughtful and compassionate lady and I speak for both J and myself.

Your ability to understand their individual needs, personalities and challenges resulted in them getting the most from their sessions.
